'A New Life in the Sea' by Michael LombardiI wanted to wish a very happy and prosperous new year to all of my readers. 2010 has been quite the productive year, with more than 90 posts delivering the latest in undersea exploration, psychology, related ocean news, new world views for a blue-er planet, snippets of our Earth’s and civilization’s past, and discussions of a bold new course for our future.

I thank each and everyone of you for taking the time to give this work a good read.

‘A New Life in the Sea’ reaches more than 1000 readers each month, in 12 different countries. Content has been syndicated on numerous mainstream sites, including linkages from CNN.

Our work rounded out the year in a big way, with a successful deepwater expedition funded by National Geographic. This field project will provide inspiration for a wealth of content over the coming months.

While writing here on ‘A New Life’ is a work of personal creative passions, any means of support are more than welcomed. We are seeking reciprocal linkages, hosted feeds, sponsors for various web/creative development, and donations. As we continue to grow throughout 2011, it is my hope to integrate tools that will help us reach and engage thousands of more readers with this critical and creative work.

Donations can be made using the Paypal button on this site. Contributions made until April 15th are tax-deductible on your 2010 tax returns to the extent allowable by law. Many, many thanks for your support throughout 2010, and stay tuned through 2011 as we bring you more from the depths of human intellect
