There are bits and pieces of evidence from ancient cultures around the world that suggest Planet Earth was visited by aliens, and that they in fact had measurable influences on the advancement of human technological development. There are ties to religion, Atlantis theories, language, and even physical and cultural evolution of our species.

The philosophy was popularized and brought to the mainstream by Erich von Däniken in the late 1960s and early 1970s, through the 1968 publication of his best-selling book ‘Chariots of the Gods’.

Tune in for this series. History’s 2009 Ancient Aliens documentary was amazing, and I expect nothing less from this mini-series. I guarantee you will reconsider a lot about the origins of humanity as we know it.
